STORE POLICY

Warranty Policy

1.All returns must be returned within the warranty period from the date of delivered - NO EXCEPTIONS.
2.Warranty does not include any labor associated with installation and/or removal parts, key and/or locksmith fees, and/or programming fee.
3. Returns must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION.
4. All goods sold with faulty are exchangeable but not refundable. One exception is that the returned item is the last unit.
5. Returns will be processed once parcel arrive at office and may have a greater handling time than order processing.
6. The warranty shall be VOID if the item is returned with any signs of:
>Burnt Components
>Physical and/or Water Damage
>Misuse and/or Abuse
>Modifications, Opened, Tampered with, and/or used for any purpose not originally intended
>Vehicle is involved in a collision
7. Returns that are deemed not to be faulty shall be rejected for exchange or subject to a restocking fee of 20% for USED part, 30% for NEW part, buyer must bear the two-way shipping costs.
